Audit - Stamp Process

About the role

Responsible for verifying accuracy of Tobacco/OTP orders, ensuring proper product placement, and assigning orders to correct stamp lines based on state and jurisdictional requirements. The role supports compliance and operational efficiency within a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify carriers through the conveyor system for accuracy and routing.
• Ensure correct placement of Tobacco/OTP products for scanning and processing.
• Assign orders to appropriate stamp lines per jurisdictional rules.
• Announce state and jurisdictional changeovers for proper stamping.
• Maintain audit records and communicate findings to supervisors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; warehouse experience or equivalent.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
• Good attention to detail, basic math skills, and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, multi-temperature areas, and handle physical demands such as lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Physical & Work Environment

Must frequently sit, walk, stand, and handle objects. Exposure to moderate to high noise levels and temperature variations. Must work in shifts that may include weekends, holidays, and overtime.
