Audit - Stamp Process

About the role

Responsible for verifying accuracy of Tobacco/OTP orders, ensuring proper product placement, and assigning orders to correct stamp lines based on state and jurisdictional requirements. Maintains audit records, communicates findings, and supports operational efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify carrier movements for order accuracy and routing.
• Ensure correct placement of Tobacco/OTP products for scanning and processing.
• Assign orders to appropriate stamp lines based on jurisdictional rules.
• Announce jurisdiction changes to line stampers for proper stamp application.
• Maintain audit records and communicate findings for continuous improvement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of warehouse experience or equivalent education.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and handle fast-paced tasks.
• Attention to detail, basic math skills, and commitment to safety practices.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments and handle physical demands such as lifting up to 75 pounds with assistance.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing work requirements.

Requirements

Must frequently sit, walk, stand, and handle objects; work in warehouse conditions with variable temperatures and noise levels; and perform tasks for 8-10 hours per shift.
