What You’ll Do For JJCo

• Leading engagements from start to finish, including planning, supervising and completing the engagement while managing client deadlines, monitoring performance against budget, and communicating engagement status and concerns with the engagement manager and partner.
• Developing and maintaining a relationship with the clients which continues beyond audit weeks.
• Supervising audit associates assigned to your engagement team, including performing the detailed review of associates’ work.

Who You Are

• Bringing at least three years of recent auditing experience with a public accounting firm.
• Either having or being actively pursuing your CPA license.
• Demonstrating a strong understanding of accounting principles generally accepted in the United States.
• Demonstrating a strong understanding of generally accepted auditing standards, including the risk assessment process.
• Having excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bearing some experience in training and managing associates.

What We Will Do For You

• Fully remote or hybrid work location.
• Compensation between $80,000 and $110,000, depending on experience and location.
