• Full-time, remote position
• Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

Qualifications

• CPA License
• 5+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• 3+ years experience auditing NFP organizations
• Experience with single audits and uniform guidance compliance audits
• Highly evolved analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven supervisory and training successes
• Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate multiple simultaneous client engagements
• Manage resource allocation, scheduling, and workflow for audit projects
• Foster ongoing client relationships
• Drive satisfaction and champion organizational change initiatives
• Deliver strategic recommendations on operational and process enhancements
• Collaborate with firm leadership on new business pursuits
• Lead the professional growth of team members through coaching, skills development, and performance evaluations
