Qualifications

• CPA License
• 5+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• 3+ years experience auditing NFP organizations
• Experience with single audits
• Experience with uniform guidance compliance audits
• Highly evolved analytical and problem solving ability
• Proven supervisory and training success
• Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills, rules and standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate multiple simultaneous client engagements, including resource allocation, scheduling, and workflow management across audit projects
• Foster ongoing client relationships by proactively managing expectations, driving satisfaction, and championing organizational change initiatives
• Serve as a trusted business advisor, delivering strategic recommendations on operational and process enhancements tailored to each client's needs
• Collaborate with firm leadership on new business pursuits, including proposal development and growth strategy execution
• Lead the professional growth of team members through hands-on coaching, skills development, and structured performance evaluations
