Audit Manager -Atlanta

Our firm is thriving and we seek a highly motivated Audit Manager for our Atlanta practice. This highly visible position offers excellent training, development, and professional growth. You will have lots of contact with outstanding clients in a variety of commercial industries. Exceptional client relations skills are a must. Business development skills are a plus. Limited travel in this region should be expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality audit services to clients in various commercial industries
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving
• Contribute to the growth and success of the firm through proactive business development efforts
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards

Requirements

• Passion for superior client service, uncompromising integrity, excellent project management abilities, and leadership skills
• Strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to lead and develop A&A associates
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting
• Bachelor's degree in accounting; Master's degree preferred
• CPA certification and active CPA license

Qualifications

• Strong academic background in accounting
• Experience in public accounting, preferably in a similar role
• Ability to handle complex financial data and analyze trends
• Knowledge of auditing standards and regulations
• Strong computer skills, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

The salary range for this position is included below. Pay

The salary range for this position is 107,700-150,800.
