Audit Manager

About the Role

The Assurance Manager oversees audit and assurance engagements, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and provides expert guidance to clients. This role involves managing a team, developing audit strategies, and fostering strong client relationships while enhancing the quality of assurance services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements from planning to completion.
• Ensure compliance with SEC and PCAOB regulations throughout the audit process.
• Review and analyze financial statements and audit reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop audit strategies and risk assessments to identify areas of concern and improve client operations.
• Mentor and train junior staff, providing feedback and guidance for professional development.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit and assurance services.
• Strong knowledge of SEC and PCAOB regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
