Responsibilities
- Assume overall responsibility for the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements, including multiple and complex audit engagements and other client assignments.
- Effectively manage engagement teams and client relationships to achieve the Firm’s quality, performance, and Operating Plan objectives, including client retention, engagement profitability, and staff development and retention.
- Execute primary engagement oversight responsibilities as determined by firm quality control standards.
- Demonstrate leadership ability in project management and organizational skills.
- Lead, mentor, and develop teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA with 10+ years of experience in public accounting
- In-depth understanding of accounting standards and knowledge of different methods of accounting, including financial reporting frameworks specific to industries
- Ability to execute primary engagement oversight responsibilities as determined by firm quality control standards
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Skilled in relationship management and practice development
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Broad experience with various industries and audit engagements

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $150,000 to $260,000. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
