About the role
Weaver is looking for an Audit Manager to join our growing Commercial Audit team. A Weaver Audit Manager is a driven team player who provides excellent service to clients throughout all phases of the audit while developing, training and mentoring Associates and Senior Associates. An Audit Manager works closely with firm leadership and plays a key role in business development and firm administration activities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage audit engagements from planning to completion
- Develop, train, and mentor Associates and Senior Associates
- Collaborate with firm leadership on business development and firm administration activities
- Attract and service new clients and expand services to existing clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA required
- 6+ years of experience in public accounting
- Experience working in a wide variety of industries in the commercial space
- Technical knowledge sufficient to supervise Managers, Supervisors, and Senior Associates
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop staff
- Strong relationship management and practice development skills
- Experience with a variety of industries and types of audits

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
