Job Responsibilities
- Identify and address acoustical problems
- Craft and implement solutions for audio/visual equipment issues
- Deliver audio/visual equipment including set-up, break down, and storage
- Maintain daily work schedule by supervising adjustments to A/V equipment
- Properly transport equipment from meeting rooms to dedicated storage locations
- Maintain an accurate record of equipment usage and input information into the daily invoicing system
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive demeanor
- Ensure security of company assets
- Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
Qualifications
- Prior audio visual experience preferred
- Detailed knowledge of audio visual hardware and software
- Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail focused
- Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of up to 50 lbs
