Audio/Visual Attendant

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: 15-20 hours a week, variable depending on operational needs – including evenings, weekends, holidays, and university breaks.

About the role

As an Audio Visual Technician, you will provide technical help with a wide array of audio-visual equipment to customers and guests of the Kellogg Center. You will also be responsible for keeping all audio and video equipment running smoothly and ensuring the Kellogg Center receives the best possible customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain flat screen TVs, projectors, microphones, sound systems, laptops, and audio mixers.

Requirements

• Audio-visual or technical experience required.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrate commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Must be a motivated self-starter and able to complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Must be able to move up to 20 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Any AV experience working on projectors, microphones, sound systems, etc.
