About the Role

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle symptoms.
• Provide clear, honest estimates and timelines for services and repairs.
• Communicate technician findings in a way that builds trust and transparency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a service advisor or similar role in an automotive dealership (Audi/VW experience a plus!).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of CDK software preferred.
