OverviewA leading full-service law firm is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Attorney Recruiting Assistant to support lateral attorney, law student, and summer associate recruiting initiatives.This role will provide administrative and logistical support throughout the recruiting process, including interview coordination, candidate tracking, law school recruiting, recruiting events, and summer associate programming. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing confidential information and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. ResponsibilitiesCoordinate virtual and in-person interviews for lateral attorney candidates across multiple offices.Manage candidate scheduling, interview logistics, travel arrangements, and in-person candidate support.Post open positions on the firm’s website and other recruiting platforms.Maintain recruiting databases, candidate records, and electronic files, including iManage.Collect, organize, and distribute interview feedback to appropriate stakeholders.Coordinate search firm fee agreements and maintain related documentation.Support law student recruiting, including applications, on-campus interviews, callbacks, and offers.Coordinate law school recruiting events, networking receptions, and resume collection programs.Retrieve and distribute candidate materials from the applicant tracking system.Assist with recruiting events and the planning and execution of the summer associate program.Process recruiting invoices and provide general administrative support to the recruiting team.Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of candidate and recruiting information. RequirementsBachelor’s degree required.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); viRecruit experience preferred.LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a plus.Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and client service skills.Ability to exercise discretion when handling confidential information.Proactive, responsive, and able to identify and manage time-sensitive priorities.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced professional environment.
