What You'll Handle
- Divorce/Dissolution of Marriage
- Child Custody & Visitation
- Child & Spousal Support
- Property Division
- High-Net-Worth Divorce Matters
- Community Property Analysis
- Post-Judgment Modifications
- Other family law litigation matters
The practice regularly represents clients with substantial assets, providing excellent exposure to complex financial and custody issues.
What They're Looking For
- Active California Bar License
- Family law experience (preferred)
- Recently licensed California attorneys are encouraged to apply if they have family law exposure and are committed to building a career in this field
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Courtroom confidence or willingness to develop litigation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required
