Attorney - Family Law

Our client is a boutique, client-focused litigation firm based in Tarrant County, Texas, with a practice concentrated in family law and additional work in criminal defense and estate planning across the Tarrant, Dallas, and Denton County areas. The firm has represented federal criminal defendants in serious matters and has secured strong outcomes in high-asset divorce and family law cases for professional athletes and prominent business owners. Known for close attention to detail and a hands-on approach, the firm offers attorneys the opportunity to build real courtroom experience while working directly with experienced litigators.

About the role

This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful courtroom experience and the chance to manage their own caseload from intake through resolution. The firm is flexible on experience level and will consider candidates ranging from 3+ years up to 10+ years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and new client sign-ups
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and other case-related documents
• Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and trials
• Represent clients in court proceedings and contested hearings
• Manage communication, calendaring, and case progression
• Manage your own caseload from start to finish

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
• 2–10 years of legal experience (background/coursework in family law preferred, but flexible)
• Excellent writing, organization, and time management skills
• Self-motivated, responsible, and open to mentorship

Pay

$120,000 - $150,000 per year

Primarily onsite, with flexibility - remote one day per week (Fridays).
