Attorney - Family Law

About the role

As an attorney specializing in family law, you will provide legal representation to clients facing complex family-related issues. This includes but is not limited to divorce proceedings, child custody disputes, and adoption cases.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on legal options and represent them in court hearings.
• Prepare and file legal documents such as petitions, motions, and pleadings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals.
• Stay updated with changes in family law legislation and case law.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in family law matters.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
