A boutique, client-focused litigation firm based in Tarrant County, Texas, with a practice concentrated in family law and additional work in criminal defense and estate planning across the Tarrant, Dallas, and Denton County areas. The firm has represented federal criminal defendants in serious matters and has secured strong outcomes in high-asset divorce and family law cases for professional athletes and prominent business owners. Known for close attention to detail and a hands-on approach, the firm offers attorneys the opportunity to build real courtroom experience while working directly with experienced litigators.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and new client sign-ups
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and other case-related documents
• Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and trials
• Represent clients in court proceedings and contested hearings
• Manage communication, calendaring, and case progression
• Manage your own caseload from start to finish

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
• 2–10 years of legal experience (background/coursework in family law preferred, but flexible)
• Excellent writing, organization, and time management skills
• Self-motivated, responsible, and open to mentorship

Work Schedule

Primarily onsite, with flexibility - remote one day per week (Fridays).
