We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate Attorney to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research, analysis, and case preparation in the family law practice area.
  • Assist senior attorneys in case management, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to gather information, provide updates, and negotiate settlements.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
  • Attend client meetings, consultations, and court appearances as required.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal support staff to ensure efficient and effective case management.
  • Stay informed about changes in relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends affecting our practice areas.
  • Uphold the firm's commitment to providing high-quality legal services, ethical conduct, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission via waiver or reciprocity.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law with a focus on Family law. Experience in immigration and personal injury is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.

Pay

$95,000 - $120,000 DOE
