Job Details

• Manage a full caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations
• Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on sensitive family law issues
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear, empathetic communication
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure high-quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license and good standing with the Washington State Bar
• 2+ years of experience practicing family law (or relevant litigation experience)
• Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
