About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing estate and trust matters, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage estate and trust administration processes
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
- Prepare and review legal documents
- Handle client communications and case management
Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in good standing
- Minimum 3 years of experience in estate and trust law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Experience in estate planning and trust administration
- Knowledge of probate law and estate tax regulations
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
