About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing estate and trust matters, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage estate and trust administration processes
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
  • Prepare and review legal documents
  • Handle client communications and case management

Requirements

  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school
  • Bar admission in good standing
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in estate and trust law
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

  • Experience in estate planning and trust administration
  • Knowledge of probate law and estate tax regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
