Attorney - Corporate/Transactional

We are seeking an attorney with one to four years of experience to join our corporate department. Ideal candidates will have experience in business law, complex commercial transactions, securities law, tax, M&A and/or corporate restructurings. Candidates should have the ability to manage multiple projects independently and provide practical client counseling. Critical thinking, drafting and problem-solving skills are emphasized. All candidates should have strong academic credentials, a willingness to accept responsibility, and share our commitment to client service and professional excellence.
