Attorney - Civil Litigation

Hall & Evans, LLC is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join our Missoula team. This position focuses on defending civil litigation cases.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Montana
• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in civil litigation defense
• Strong work ethic and ability to independently manage case files
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Exceptional research and writing skills
• Interest in marketing and client development
• Ability to travel
• Trial experience preferred

Schedule

Hybrid work schedule: 2 days remote, 3 days in the Missoula office.
