About the Role
Hall & Evans, LLC is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join our Billings team. This position offers a hybrid work schedule with 2 days working remotely from home and 3 days in the Billings office.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Montana
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in defending civil litigation cases
- Strong work ethic and ability to independently manage case files
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Exceptional research and writing skills
- Interest in marketing and client development
- Ability to travel
- Trial experience (preferred)

Schedule
