Attorney - Civil Litigation

Hall & Evans, LLC is searching for an experienced Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join our Phoenix office.

About the role

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with 2 days working remotely from home and 3 days in the Phoenix office.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage case files
• Handle civil litigation defense in Arizona
• Conduct legal research and writing
• Participate in marketing and client development
• Travel as required

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona
• 4+ years of experience defending civil litigation cases in Arizona
• Strong work ethic and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional research and writing skills
• Trial experience preferred
