Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant transactional experience
• Experience in Tax, Estates & Trusts, Intellectual Property, or Health Law is a plus
• Some portable business is preferred, though not required
• Active admission to the Maryland Bar (required)
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage matters with minimal supervision
• Client-focused mindset and strong professional judgment

Pay

$175,000 - $240,000 per year
