Attorney – Business and Real Estate Transactional

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of business and real estate transactions, providing legal advice and support to clients.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft contracts for commercial and residential real estate transactions
• Provide legal research and analysis to support transactional work
• Represent clients in negotiations and mediations
• Prepare and review documents related to mergers and acquisitions
• Assist with regulatory compliance and due diligence

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in at least one state
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience in business and real estate transactions
• Knowledge of local and federal laws and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
