Transactional Real Estate Attorney
About the role
Lulich & Attorneys, P.A. is a growing, multi-office law firm serving clients throughout Florida's Treasure Coast. We are seeking an experienced Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join our expanding real estate practice. This position is designed for an attorney who enjoys getting deals closed, solving problems, communicating directly with clients and other professionals, and taking ownership of transactions from contract through closing. Our real estate practice handles a significant volume of residential and commercial transactions, title matters, contract preparation and review, and other transactional real estate matters. The attorney joining our team will work closely with our experienced closing staff while having the opportunity to develop client relationships, expand the practice, and grow into a leadership role within the firm. This is primarily a transactional position, not a real estate litigation position. The firm values hard work and accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, dependability, humility, community involvement, and exceptional client service. The right attorney enjoys working directly with clients, solving problems, building professional relationships, and helping transactions move forward. The firm moves quickly, embraces technology, continuously improves its systems, and expects attorneys to take ownership of their work.
