Role Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting case research
- Analyzing legal documents
- Representing clients in negotiations
- Drafting pleadings
- Drafting and answering motions
- Conducting depositions
- Being first chair or second chair at trial
- Anything else required during the litigation process
Collaboration with clients and team members, along with addressing their legal needs, will form an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Law, with a specialization in personal injury either from a Plaintiff's firm or Insurance Defense firm
- Proficiency in providing Legal Advice to clients and stakeholders
- Prowess in conducting thorough Legal Research
- Solid skills in Negotiation and conflict resolution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on personal injury experience
- Strong commitment to ethical practices and client service

- Medical, dental, and vision insurance paid by the firm
- The attorney gets a percentage of all cases he/she resolves. The percentage is set by the managing partner when he meets with the candidate. This is paid out as a bonus at the end of the year
- We also offer a general referral fee split of 50% for employees. Most firms only pay 1/3 referral fee for cases
Pay
As long as the attorney is employed with us, any case they bring into the firm, they will get 50% of the fee.
