About the role

A growing Lemon Law litigation practice is seeking an Attorney to manage and litigate an independent caseload. Newly admitted attorneys with a strong interest in civil litigation are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage and independently handle an assigned caseload.
• Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Prepare cases for settlement, hearings, and trial.
• Work independently while collaborating with attorneys and support staff.
• Maintain organized and timely case files and deadlines.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar license required.
• At least 1 year of litigation experience preferred.
• Newly admitted attorneys with an interest in civil litigation are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability and willingness to manage and litigate an individual caseload.
• Professional, responsible, and positive attitude.

Total compensation potential of $200,000+
