Litigation Attorney (3-15 Years) | Bay Area Hybrid A well-established and growing California litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3-15 years of experience to join its expanding Bay Area practice. This opportunity offers hands-on litigation experience, meaningful client interaction, and the ability to work on a diverse portfolio of high-exposure cases. The firm's practice includes the defense of personal injury, product liability, and general liability matters, along with business, insurance, and real estate-related litigation. Attorneys are given substantial responsibility and are encouraged to take an active role in case strategy and client relationships. Qualifications3-15 years of litigation experienceExperience handling personal injury defense, product liability, and/or general liability mattersStrong legal research, writing, and analytical skillsDeposition experience preferredAbility to manage cases independently and work collaboratively within a team environmentTrial preparation and courtroom experience are a plus for more senior candidates ResponsibilitiesHandle litigation matters from inception through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, and discoveryConduct legal research and prepare written analysesTake and defend depositionsDevelop and execute litigation strategyPrepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trialCommunicate directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $150,000 - $250,000, depending on experience and qualifications401(k) with profit-sharing contributionComprehensive benefits packageBillable requirement of 1,850 hours annuallySupportive and collaborative environmentStrong commitment to work-life balanceLong-term growth and advancement opportunities Work ArrangementThis is a hybrid position.
