About the role

A well-established litigation firm is seeking a talented associate attorney to join its Pennsylvania litigation team. This role supports national and regional clients in both federal and state court matters across Pennsylvania. We're looking for candidates with strong academic backgrounds and a genuine interest in trial work spanning mass tort, product liability, commercial litigation, and general liability defense.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload from intake through summary judgment
• Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motions practice
• Develop strategies for complex legal issues using strong analytical skills
• Conduct research, drafting, oral advocacy, and communication
• Organize and manage time effectively
• Work independently and collaboratively with attorneys, clients, experts, and staff

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Pennsylvania bar license
• 2–5+ years of litigation experience with a track record in general liability defense; product liability experience a plus
• Verifiable professional references
• Clean disciplinary record — no bar sanctions or ethics violations
• Strong commitment to client service and professional ethics

Pay

$130,000 - $180,000 per year
