Responsibilities

• Manage a comprehensive caseload of plaintiff personal injury cases, collaborating with team members
• Conduct intake and screening of potential cases while engaging with new clients during onboarding
• Oversee court deadlines and manage pleadings throughout litigation
• Track exhibits and depositions, ensuring thorough documentation
• Conduct initial investigations, including sending letters of spoliation and processing open records requests
• Work with case managers to facilitate the collection of medical records and bills
• Assist in drafting fee agreements and maintaining client communications
• Take and defend depositions as required
• Handle routine court appearances for uncontested matters

Requirements

• Barred in Wisconsin
• A few years of experience in litigation, with a strong understanding of formal discovery and civil litigation processes
• Open to newly barred candidates as well as seasoned attorneys committed to long-term growth
• Proficient in technology and comfortable using legal software
• Ability to perform in a high-stress environment and demonstrate a strong work ethic
• Personal injury litigation experience is preferred
