Responsibilities
- Guide negotiations and help the parties reach an agreement
- Move a high volume of small matters through the ADR process, tracking each from intake to resolution
- Communicate frequently by phone and email, keeping every party informed and involved
- Manage several active projects at once, setting your own schedule and attending in person when a project requires it
- During the training period, handle employment matters from the firm's general docket
- Work independently and make decisions without waiting for direction
- Take over and maintain the relationships the firm has built across its ADR programs
Qualifications
- Admitted to practice law in any U.S. state, or eligible for admission
- Self-directed and confident, comfortable making calls and trusting your own judgment
- Energized by talking with people throughout the day and solving problems by phone
- Able to stay organized across several projects with no set schedule
- Strong attention to detail and a track record of handling sensitive matters with discretion
- Commitment to the firm's worker-side mission

Pay
- Salary range: $75,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience
