About the role

As an ACE for Granite State Independent Living, you can make a meaningful impact by providing compassionate support to our consumers and promoting their independence.

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, eating)
• Provide in-home care
• Range of motion/exercises
• Laundry, meal preparation, housekeeping, organization
• Assisting with ambulation and transfers
• Use of mechanical lifting devices (training provided if necessary)
• Medication assistance (reminding consumer when to take medication)
• Providing support in the community with running errands

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old
• Must be able to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds or more
• Adequate car insurance (if applicable)

Qualifications

• LNA license is NOT required for this position
• High school diploma is NOT required for this position

Pay

$18.00 per hour

Schedule

Flexible schedules (hours set by consumers); per diem position.
