About the role

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and grooming
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes to supervisors
• Manage medication schedules and ensure proper administration
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness
• Engage in social activities to promote resident well-being

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience in a caregiving or related field preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Physical ability to perform tasks in a variety of settings
• Pass a background check and drug screening
