This role supports the planning and execution of defensive unofficial visits by coordinating itineraries, logistics, and on-campus visit operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain recruiting board alignment across systems
- Update transcript tracking documents based on NextGen
- Auxiliary with all On-Campus Event Logistics
- Assist as primary host for recruits and families during on-campus visits
- Vendor communication: caterer, rentals, etc.
- Make restaurant reservations
- Mange Visit report tracking and organization
- Gather Unofficial Visit form + itinerary and organize for students to enter visit reports
- Check to make sure visit reports were completed and done correctly in ARMS and Scout
Education Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Relevant experience
