Athletic Facilities Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment, Laundry Service and Locker Rooms – coordinating all operations relating to non-football varsity uniforms and locker rooms, including but not limited to communication with coaches and student worker oversight
• Community Recreation Program – provide customer service to patrons as well as membership system management and front desk employee mentorship
• Athletic Event Management – lead game-day administrator for m/w soccer, m/w basketball, swim & dive, softball and other events as assigned, including conference and NCAA championship hosting
• Intramurals – market and oversee Intramural sport programming
• Assigned Facilities Responsibilities – assume additional administrative duties as needed
• Primary Contact for Bus Scheduling – serve as the primary contact for our bus company and travel partners for our athletic department trips.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-3 years of experience in collegiate or professional athletic facility management
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Pay

Salary: $52,000-$57,000
