- Plan and conduct practices that develop individual and team athletic skills.
- Teach sport-specific fundamentals, strategies, and rules.

- Supervise and manage student-athletes during practices, competitions, and team activities.
- Prepare teams for competitions and coach during games with professionalism.
- Prioritize athlete safety and follow all injury prevention and emergency protocols.
- Establish and enforce team expectations aligned with school and district policies.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, administrators, and athletic staff.
- Assist with program administration, including equipment, records, and required documentation.
- Comply with all school, district, and athletic association rules and professional standards.
