About the role

We are looking for a cabinet furniture master for our production workshop. We accept both experienced professionals and beginners as apprentices (training provided). Additionally, we need workers for plastic window and door production, including assemblers and cutters for aluminum, plastic, and stained glass.

Requirements

• Serious attitude toward work
• Responsibility and willingness to work
• Cleanliness and discipline
• For plastic window/door workshop: experience with MDF, experience in aluminum and plastic cutting, and stained glass work
• Exempt from military service
• Willingness for permanent work and stable salary
• Not a student
• Age: 20 to 45 years old (for general positions), 25 to 33 years old (for assistant position)
• Good communication etiquette, responsibility, and honesty

Responsibilities

• Cabinet furniture production
• Assembly and cutting of aluminum and plastic windows and doors
• Stained glass work
• Installation of aluminum doors and windows
• Learning to work with glass and profiles

Pay

• Cabinet furniture master: 4000 to 8000 somoni, depending on experience
• Workshop master: monthly salary from 1500 to 3000 somoni, or percentage of work volume
• Worker: 100 somoni per day
• Permanent worker: 3600 somoni per month
• Master: salary + percentage or percentage only (good income)
• Assistant: monthly payment 2 times per month, 100 somoni per day, with increases based on work

Schedule

• Daily shift
• Work from 08:00 to 18:00
• Work from 7:00 to 19:00
