About the role

As a field worker, you will mobilize community members to form associations and meet formation targets. You will manage members and loan recipients within these associations, address their concerns, and provide necessary guidance.

Responsibilities

• Motivate members to form associations and achieve formation targets.
• Manage association-based activities, including members and loan recipients.
• Listen to members' problems and provide necessary advice.
• Train members on savings and loan project rules and regulations.
• Ensure proper disbursement and collection of loans and savings, updating collection sheets and passbooks.
• Complete all necessary forms and loan agreements related to loans and savings.
• Conduct home visits before enrolling members and disbursing loans.
• Ensure 100% collection rate and take a strong role in recovering overdue amounts.
• Verify loan installment and savings collection records with the Branch Manager and Supervising Officer.
• Communicate necessary information to the Supervisor and Branch Manager.
• Exchange information with various departments.
• Create profiles for loan disbursement and submit them to the Branch Manager.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports to the Branch Manager on time.
• Maintain updated daily files (enrollment, savings, loans, etc.).
• Provide necessary assistance to the Branch Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Skills in task management and training management.
