About the role

DISA is a national non-governmental development organization (NGO) with MRA certificate no. 01306-00480-00024, working for the past 33 years in poverty alleviation through microcredit and other development activities. The organization currently operates microcredit programs aimed at improving the livelihoods of the poor through 111 branches across 19 districts in Bangladesh.

Selected candidates will be stationed directly in the field to distribute loans, collect repayments, and manage savings activities among rural communities.
