DSD TRADE COT is a fast-growing export-import and trading company expanding its operations in Bangladesh. We are hiring qualified, experienced, and responsible personnel for key positions to ensure efficient management.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, email, and other online channels.
• Provide information on solar panels and related products based on customer needs.
• Receive customer orders, manage order entry, and coordinate delivery processing.
• Assist the Accounts Officer/Manager with necessary accounting tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing.
• Experience in handling customer inquiries, domestic sales, and back-office operations.
