Assurance Manager [Affordable Housing Group]

About the role

CohnReznick is seeking an Assurance Manager to join the Affordable Housing team in our New York office, for remote and in hybrid roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts
• Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables
• Develop detailed engagement work plans
• Illustrate budgets and schedules
• Actively participate in proposals
• Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting required
• CPA designation is required
• 5+ years' experience in a public accounting firm required
• Knowledge of audit software ProSystem Fx a plus

Pay

In New York City, the salary range for an Assurance Manager is $105,000.00 to $170,000.00.

Schedule

This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.
