About the role
CohnReznick is seeking an Assurance Manager to join the Affordable Housing team in our Charlotte office. This position is hybrid, requiring an average of 3 days a week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts
- Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables
- Develop detailed engagement work plans
- Illustrate budgets and schedules
- Actively participate in proposals
- Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting required
- CPA designation is required
- 5+ years' experience in a public accounting firm required
- Knowledge of audit software ProSystem Fx is a plus
