We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Assurance Manager to join the Affordable Housing team in our Boston office, for remote and hybrid roles. This position is considered hybrid, meaning team members are expected to be in the office on average 3 days a week for in-person collaboration.

This position will support our Affordable Housing Group. CohnReznick is one of the country's largest real estate advisory firms, offering fully integrated opportunities and cross-functional learning. You will collaborate with Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners who are passionate about delivering value to clients.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts
- Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables
- Develop detailed engagement work plans, budgets, and schedules
- Actively participate in proposals
- Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting (required)
- CPA designation (required)
- 5+ years' experience in a public accounting firm (required)
- Knowledge of audit software (ProSystem Fx a plus)
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills (verbal and written)

Pay
In Massachusetts, the salary range for an Assurance Manager is $115,000 to $160,000. Salary is one component of the total rewards package, which also includes a discretionary performance bonus and other benefits.
