About the Team
This position supports the Affordable Housing Group, one of the country’s largest real estate advisory firms. The team focuses on community development, addressing inequities, and leveraging market-leading technologies to serve clients and communities. You will collaborate with Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners who are passionate about delivering value.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts
- Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables
- Develop detailed engagement work plans, budgets, and schedules
- Actively participate in proposals
- Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting required
- CPA designation required
- 5+ years of experience in a public accounting firm
- Knowledge of audit software (ProSystem Fx a plus)
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills (verbal and written)

Schedule
This is a hybrid position, with team members expected to be in the office an average of 3 days a week. The cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, and professionals are encouraged to create opportunities for in-person collaboration.
