About the Role
We’re looking for an Assurance Administrative Assistant with exceptional attention to detail, strong organization skills, and a service-minded approach to support our assurance teams across all offices. This role is especially well-suited for those with experience in legal support, proofreading, docket review, or formatting complex reports.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to assurance staff, managers, and partners across multiple offices.
- Format and prepare Word and Excel documents—tables, headers/footers, roll-forwards, and technical reports requiring consistent formatting.
- Proof and verify reports for accuracy, track changes, foot reports using 10-key, and ensure all details meet professional standards.
- Assemble deliverables: compile final reports, prepare PDFs, and coordinate deliverables to clients.
- Communicate professionally: draft client letters and handle occasional inbound calls.
- Assist with scheduling, confirmations, internal events, and occasional switchboard or mailroom support.
Requirements
- High school diploma (computer/business coursework a plus).
- Experience in administrative or office support.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel (tables, formatting, basic formulas).
- Familiarity with Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, spelling, and grammar.
- Experience using 10-key.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and communicate professionally.
Bonus: Background in legal, audit, compliance, or other document-intensive environments.
