ASST PATIENT CARE MANAGER - Full Time

Summary

The Assistant Patient Care Manager is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of nursing operations, ensuring quality care for patients and their families. Mentors, serves as a resource, and provides support for staff and faculty on clinical nursing issues while meeting the department, nursing, and organization goals. Oversees clinical care performed by assigned nursing staff.

Minimum Education & Licensure

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or other related field of study. Associate's degree with BSN in process, to be completed within University program guidelines, not to exceed four (4) years from date of hire.
• Preferred Education: Master's Degree in Nursing.
• Licensure/Certification: Registered Nurse (RN) and Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Required Skills & Training

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced nursing skills including IV therapy, intervention with emergencies, and teaching skills.
• Demonstrated competency in in-patient and out-patient best practices including patient care, technology, and processes.

Pay

Salary range: $95,940.00 - $146,361.80. Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.
