Patient Care Manager, RN
Responsibilities
- Lead patient care operations within a biotechnology and pharmaceutical environment.
- Oversee RN-led care programs, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate care plans collaboratively with physicians, pharmacists, and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Support inspections and audits to ensure compliance and high standards of care.

Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
