About the role

The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service.
  • Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes.
  • Leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge.
  • Drive talent leadership by recruiting, training, engaging, and developing the non-management staff.
  • Show up every day, bringing your best self.
  • Build and grow into the future leaders of the store’s organization with a promote-from-within philosophy.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Experience with register/POS systems and OMNI Channel Order fulfillment.
  • Strong understanding of the brand and company culture.
