The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management.
Responsibilities
- Strategically drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes.
- Leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge.
- Drive talent leadership by recruiting, training, engaging, and developing the non-management staff.

- Build and grow into the future leaders of the store’s organization with a promote-from-within philosophy.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills to inform decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience with register/POS systems and OMNI Channel Order fulfillment.
- Strong understanding of the brand and company culture.
